What is AI.tune?

AI.tune is a browser-based work platform that makes AI usable as controllable, secure infrastructure integrated directly into your processes – not an isolated chat tool. Teams gather information, analyse documents, create content, work with data and automate tasks in one shared workspace.

Which AI models does AI.tune use?

AI.tune uses the right model for each task and orchestrates several models – rather than relying on a single one. Document creation needs language precision, data analysis needs structural understanding, automation needs reliability.

How quickly can we start?

Immediately after booking. First automations take shape in under an hour, first efficiency gains in days. Employees build automations themselves – guided by the assistant, with no AI know-how.

Do we need IT know-how or an IT project?

No. AI.tune is ready in the browser, with no installation. Your expertise is enough; the assistant guides you through setup.

Do we get support at the start?

You can start on your own right away – set up your first workspace and discuss with the assistant what to automate. Especially in the first months, many customers add support: consulting is separately bookable and complements self-service without replacing it – you keep control, we accelerate.

Does AI.tune work with our ERP/CRM?

Yes. Existing data sources such as ERP, CRM, documents and knowledge bases can be connected and made analysable. AI.tune makes your company knowledge searchable – without an extra tool landscape.

Can AI.tune connect our email inbox?

Yes. AI.tune connects your inbox – read, summarise and categorise requests and prepare replies. From email to ERP, everything comes together in one workspace.

Where is our data stored?

In German data centres, GDPR-compliant. On request, on-prem operation within your own infrastructure is possible. Your data is not used to train third-party models.

How is the term structured?

Billing is monthly, per user. You'll see the exact terms at checkout or in your quote.

How do credits work?

1 credit = 1,000 tokens. Each user gets 2,000 credits per month. A simple chat request costs 1–3 credits, a document analysis 10–20, a weekly report 25–50. Details on the pricing page.

Can we book directly online?

Up to 25 users you book directly online and start right away. For 26+ users as well as private cloud and on-prem we prepare a personal quote.
